Combat Special Forces Kit

1. SPECIAL FORCES KIT is a personal, one hand openable kit for highly trained and ‘risk-exposed’ policemen.
2. The kit is designed to cater to the kind of blunt violence that is faced by Special Forces personnel. Special forces kit takes care of gun-shot injuries, injuries in accidents, attacks etc.
3. Special Forces Kit has a chitosan-based sponge/gel which stops blood in 3 minutes. It also contains a specialized Compression Bandage which in itself capable of stopping bleeding from gunshot wound, and a versatile Emergency Bandage which can be applied for stopping bleeding in injuries along body contours.
4. Special Features:
   (a) Stops the bleeding in 3 minutes.
   (b) First aid for gun-shot wound, lacerations and amputation.
   (c) When two such kits are combined, the effectiveness is manifold, keeping in mind special forces principle of always employing police/soldiers in buddy pair.
   (d) Self/buddy first aid can be done without any training.
5. Target Users. VIP Protection, Commandos, Special Task Forces, Anti-Naxal Police, Quick Response Teams and personnel on protection duties of VA and VP( Vulnerable areas and Vulnerable points).
6. Current Users. The kits are in use in naxal belt in Maharashtra by CRPF, Maharashtra Police, Jharkhand Police and Bihar Police.
